David Pasqusi's new (and first) play, Death: A Love Story. We're aiming for a production date some time in 2026.
Eric Pfeffinger's award-winning play, Accidental Rapture, will be adapted for the screen over the course of of 2025. We are making plans for a local shoot in early 2026.

Death: A Love Story
A Play by David Pasquesi
A death in the family brings old and new friends together in the basement of a Chicago funeral home. Hilarity ensues.
DAVID PASQUESI is a Second City alumnus and film, television and stage actor who resides in Chicago. He’s also an improviser and, in that capacity, is most often seen as half of TJ and Dave. Together, TJ and Dave wrote a book called Improvisation at the Speed of Life.
He has performed on stage in Chicago at the Steppenwolf, Goodman and Victory Gardens theaters, among others.
Some TV acting credits include VEEP, Book of Boba Fett, SHE-HULK, Lodge 49, Factory and At Home with Amy Sedaris. He has written for Factory, Exit 57 and Strangers with Candy. As well as the web series The Graveyard Show. There’s a bunch of movies too.

Accidental Rapture

Visiting with estranged friends can be awkward.
Amy and Paul haven’t seen their old friend Richard in years, but doing it during the end of the world takes some of the pressure off.
Eric is a Relentless Award honoree from the American Playwriting Foundation, and has also won awards from the Ohio Arts Council, the Indiana Arts Commission, the Toledo Arts Commission, and the Midwestern Playwrights Festival. His plays have been published by Dramatic Publishing, Dramatics magazine, Smith & Kraus, Playscripts, Howlround, Indie Theatre Now, and Steele Spring.
He co-created the webseries #MotherJudger, Mommy Blogger, and Sad Dads, and was a founding member of the comedy troupe Don't Throw Shoes. His writing for the screen has won recognition from the Slamdance Film Festival and Final Draft’s Big Break Screenwriting Contest. Eric has written for American Theatre magazine and National Lampoon and is co-author of the novel The High-Impact Infidelity Diet, published by Crown and available on finer remainder tables everywhere.
Eric Pfeffinger is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the Writers Guild of America east.
Eric grew up in Indiana and lives in Ohio; he enjoys a robust midwestern humility.
